I HAVE ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS'

If entering the wrong address has occurred you will need to get in contact with us immediately (24-48 hours) via our email (info.thabaddest.clothing@gmail.com). Within the email please include your; Order name, Order details and Correct Address.

If you do not let us know within the times of processing & shipment which is usually 1-2 days after you placed an order. Unfortunately we no longer would hold any responsibility with your package.

Contact NZ Post for help if you have surpassed contacting us in time.

'I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM'

If receiving the wrong item has occurred, such as wrong size or incorrect item completely please contact us via email within 15 days from receiving your item (info.thabaddest.clothing@gmail.com). Within the email please include your; Order name, Order details such as order number and incorrect item you have received. This also relates if you are missing an item, double check the parcel completely and if an item is missing please contact us were happy to resolve this issue.

'I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM'

If receiving a faulty item has occurred please contact us via email within 15 days from which you received your item (info.thabaddest.clothing@gmail.com). Within the email please include your order details along with images of the faults so we can resolve the issue.

'I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL'

If not receiving your order confirmation order has occurred please double check your junk, spam and/or promotion folders as they could end up in either. If still not found let us know via email (info.thabaddest.clothing@gmail.com) so we can resend the email.

 

'WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?'

Once your order has been placed with us, your order should be processed & shipped out within 1-2 days of order placement. When shipped there will be an additional wait time of 1-5 business days (excluding delays) until your parcel is delivered. 

We do not ship items on weekends nor public holidays, orders placed before 4PM will be sent the day of, however any orders placed after 4PM they will be sent the following day.

I THINK MY ORDER HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED OR IS LOST'

Unfortunately once an order has been dispatched by us and handed over to courier it is no longer within our responsibility. However we can help you get in contact with the postal company where they could help you track your parcel. Once again email us for help (info.thabaddest.clothing@gmail.com).

 

'I WANT A REFUND ON AN ITEM'

Please be aware we do not offer cash refunds only store credit unless the item was received with faults. Refund complaints must be made within 15 days from receiving item. Please contact us (info.thabaddest.clothing@gmail.com) where you should include Order number, details and images of the faults. We will not process your refund until you have returned the faulty item back to us, we will send a return label to your email where you will have to print it out and apply to package or ideally go to your nearest post shop and ship back to us at your expense.

'I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN AN ITEM IN EXCHANGE FOR SOMETHING ELSE'

Please make sure you check you have ordered the correct size garment as returning an item in exchange for the correct size will come at your expense with shipping. Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your item. Your return item must also be in immaculate condition to receive a new item back.
